Hi, you mentioned earlier to take a couple of grams. I'm not sure how that is measured, but I have Kyo-Green and on the bottle it says one teaspoon = 2.5 grams. Does this sound right? I guess Kyo-Green is the same as the chlorella you are referring to.
Also, I have always taken it in orange juice to mask the taste. You mentioned lemon juice. That sounds like it would give me lockjaw. I have Type 1 diabetes so I want to stop using the oj if possible. Any suggestions?
