How are you doing? Great, I need calcium and I love juicing! I do not like carrots though, thats not too critical for calcium is it? I think dark greens are good for minerals, and orange vegetables have beta-carotene. I like kale + parsely + green apple + cucumber. The majority of my drink is the parsely and kale. I never measure. :)
I think that my post is helpful for beginners because the initial questions are usually 'what about protein and calcium...etc...' Its a common concern. Its hard to imagine dense nutrition in vegetables when the media is so effective at Brainwashing us!
