That's ok. Don't worry...I also find it very odd that Shroom keeps coming back and telling everyone that he's getting all these excellent results but he is failing to tell us EXACTLY what he is taking. Who knows...we all have our reasons why we do things and I'm sure he has a good one. But that's ok because if you FIRST go over Johnny Vegas's post "How to increase Th1", then see how he has helped Shroom and read all of Shroom's previous posts, you can figure out what to take. Just look at what supplements need to be taken, do an internet search on where to get the supplements and experiment with the dosages. Everyone is different, so the dosage for Shroom may not be the dosage for you anyway. So again, do this and you should see results. I am SINCERELY hopeing that we can ALL get cured of this beast and one day look back and say " I HAD CANDIDA, not...I HAVE CANDIDA".
