Yes, it does sound like yeast.
Like you, I went to the E.R. with stomach pains, numbness in my whole body, mental confusion, depression! SEVERE!
It was horrible.

You should start on the Candida diet right away.

I will tell you, if you can get a prescription for NYSTATIN, get it. That is what I got.

Well, if not I will tell you what I did.

I printed out this questionairre:

filled it out, and then printed out some more info which showed my symptoms and took them in to my Doctor's visit.
She agreed with me.
Prescribed me NYSTATIN.
So I was on the diet and NYSTATIN for 3 weeks.
After that I got a product called "YEAST FIGHTERS".
Took that as prescribed, (while on the NYSTATIN).

Weened myself off the NYSTATIN after 6 weeks.

Get some Pau D Arco tea, and also Goldenseal tea. But when you make it, put some water in a pot and put the tea bags in the water while heating the water. Best way to get the values of the tea.
3 times a day.

Take a good multi-vitamin. Capsule form or liquid.
Take extra vitamin C. I got the liquid vit. C so it works right away.
Take BIOTIN also.

Get a good probiotic: this is one that I am taking, but it is good to have different kinds because they all have different strains.

You will have to make a trip to your Health food store.
But it is well worth it.

Drink LOTS and LOTS of bottled distilled water!

Use garlic and onions on your meals.

Most inportantly have NO sugar!
Even fruit for the first few weeks should be avoided.

This might sound hard, but I did it and I am feeling MUCH better already and it has been 8 weeks for me. (since I started on the NYSTATIN and the diet).
And I leterally felt like I was dieing!
Worse thing I have ever been through, and I have given birth 4 times with NO MEDS! LOL
