Re: mercury in amalgams

I have never heard of Amalgam fillings linked to allergies, but I guess anything is possible.

When I finally got mine removed, I was having 4 or 5 sinus infections a year. All that cleared up after the dental work. I also had a couple of root canals removed. I spent 3 or 4 years getting allergy shots because the ENT's couldn't find out anything else as the cause so they said it was allergies.

The point is they don't affect some people, but they are probably leaching mercury into your system, which is detrimental to your health. I hope not, but someday down the road that could cause problems
