Vit C

Vitamin C deals with oxidation.


In the process of being taken out, any toxin causes oxydation,( in needs to borrow an atom from somewhere so as to achieve equilibrium). Vit C neutralizes it and helps your metabolism to take the toxins out without compromising the cells all along the way out.

Urinary issues are definitely due to oxydation while the toxins are expelled in the urine.

Most vit C product will have Sugar in them... the big challenge is to find a brand with no sugar.
Mine is chewable and also has lecithin.
