Take good care of your teeth, brush/floss every day. Gargle with garlic and/or apple cider vinegar. Eat more probiotic foods. Salt water flush your nasal passages (hold salt water in mouth, tilt head over sink and blow it out your nose). Sticky bodily fluids can be a sign of infection or disease, count yourself lucky my ejaculate is very sticky and I have constant pain in my prostate in testicles. If your problem is long-standing you probably have issues with your stomache and bowels, statistically speaking that's a safe bet and it can prevent any recovery from problems with your mouth.
