Yes, I can understand how some food can be so "non-food-like", especially after cleansing, bread can taste so dry, almost like eating wood chips, and "real foods" are supposedly to be moist or juicy.
Yes, it's very good that you brough up the idea of no judging. The more we judge, the more people refuse to try what we think is good. We should focus on what we can do to be better, instead of focusing on the negative of what we/ other people have done. Just show them options and alternatives, let them try and see if that suit them.
and where are you from Wrenn? if you don't mind telling, and how do you manage your diet in winter? I'm very curious.. and any craving for starch as I do?
