Alien, this is just another one of the unproven myths palmed off as fact in the candida community. I've been saying for ages that yeast is not only *not* harmful, but may be beneficial for candida sufferers. Derek's testimony only confirms that.

Yeast is rich in B-vitamins (and sometimes selenium), both of which candida sufferers are deficient in.

There is no evidence to suggest that candida feeds off anything other than simple sugars.

Wheat is something that should be avoided.
