hey, I'm following the wai diet which forbids eating anything cooked (just fruit and raw fish/eggs)as cooking causes all sorts of damage to occur to the food and creates bad chemicals.
Anyway i find it a pain to remove the skins off tomatoes and plums so i soak them in boiling water for a bit (10sec plum, 1min tomatoes), they do get quite warm. This might sound a bit OTT but I'd just like to make sure that it's ok?
