Yeast in stool- How to recognize it -its different appearances

"I have whitish/yellow "fatty" looking stuff attached to my poo"

If it comes out in a long thread... congrats that is yeast!

Then you have to keep using A LOT OF antioxydants - or else - P & B shake so as to keep it from irritating the bowels.

REMEMBER: Puffy eyes: kidneys issues
UPPER BACK PAIN : liver issue

The many appearances of yeast

FLAKES

Abraham is right, flaky white stuff is yeast... but yeast can take many forms!

Anything white is lilely to be yeast- except for flatworm-

Flaky stuff, is young yeast (when I get it now I know I've been cheating.... if I eat sweet fruits I will get a lot of them)

THREADS

A long thread coming out of your stool is adult rhizhomic candida. It is usually white, sometimes yellowish

If you take P & B shakes you wont see them (and they wont irritate your bowels) You will see them covered with psyllium and bentonite: stool color, yet it will still have a (curly) rope shape and will detach itself form the stool proper

LEAF SHAPE BALLOONS

These I first saw in leaf shape with thread at the narrow end, sometimes two of them hold together in a heart shape. But recently I also saw these in many different round oblong shape. They float on the surface of the water.

THICK CHUNK

This one also floats on the surface of the water (I usually get them after eating my green apple (must be the pectin in action). Unlike the balloon, this one is very thick of yeast (not empty in the inside) and it is not necessarily round, but comes in different chunk - the size is about 1 cm X 1 cm and a 1/2 cm think

Well the rule to remember is white: yeast

When yeast comes out, a lot of the toxic environment it was living it gets to be released: some of it you reabsorb in your bloodstream and it will acuse different types of die off, the remaining will irritate your bowels. Probiotic Enemas are advisable at this stage (vinegar will help them out, but irritate as well).

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
