I know it's got to be overactive candida, but I'll throw it out there anyway. Being that it is the holiday season, and I managed to stuff my face with a multitude of sweets, and breads, I've noticed that this week, I have whitish/yellow "fatty" looking stuff attached to my poo. It's been getting progressivly worse, and though I've seen it before, I've NEVER seen it this bad. I think I should clean up my diet a bit and drink a bit more water. I usually don't eat bread-type things, so I'm thinking that eating all the homemade cinnimon bread and rolls is doing it to me. Not to mention that I don't usually have too much dairy, and lately I've been eating cheese and other various dairy producht. I, also, feel like a stuffed sassage, as I am retaining a heck of a lot of water (not limiting my sodium intake as usual). Just reminding myself what can happen when we don't regulate our well balanced bodies.
