Blueberry pie fillings

Abraham, please let us know if you find any good combos with it, I don't write stuff down so it's hard to get more specific.

These pie fillings look good, haven't tried 'em, depends whose diet you follow if you'll be interested or not.

Pie #1:

5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 c. unprocessed clover honey
1/4 c. brown rice flour

Defrost berries. Mix all ingredients together. Fill unbaked 9 in. crust. Bake at 350 until berries are bubbling.

Pie #2:
This one for a pie with no crust:

4-5 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c- 3/4 c unprocessed clover honey
1/4 c. Mochi white rice flour
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in oven safe dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 until pie is bubbling, about an hour for fresh berries, longer for frozen.

Pie #3:
No crust, pie for one person:

1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c. unprocessed clover honey
1 T. Mochi white rice flour

Mix blueberries + honey in a microwaveable bowl that has enough room to boil without splattering. Zap on high one minute (not with your zapper- the microwave! LOL). Stir. Addd rice flour little by little, stirring after each addition. Zap again 2 min. on high. Stir. Zap for one minute on high. Cool & eat.
