Fried yams, sometimes I cut them in big "yam patties" and sometimes like hash browns, great breakfast. I love cashew butter on rice cakes. Cashew butter and banana on buckwheat pancakes is also really good.
Cashew butter is finely ground cashew with flax/hemp/olive oil, stevia and Sea Salt . Buckwheat pancakes are finely ground cashew, buckwheat, egg, cinnamon, and milk (or rice milk, soy, water, whatever). Not sure what you can sub for egg.
Fruit Sugar is better for you than refined, put it in yogurt.
