candida diet breakfast suggestions PLEASE!

here's my update: I have a 7 mo. old. Apparently, I had a vaginal yeast infection most my pregnancy but without any symptoms. I am totally addicted to Sugar and have suspected candida for years. I am still breastfeeding and my son has broken out in a rash on his bottem because of all the Sugar I've been eating. And I still cannot stop! And I cannot cleanse right now! It's easier to fast for 2 weeks than it is to cut out flour/sugars while continuing to eat.

The other problem I've been having is, although I've suspected I might have it previously, I have suddenly developed bad Arthritis in my finger's (upper) knuckles. It is very bad and stiff in the mornings but only for about 20-30 minutes. I'm 39.

In the meantime, my sister turned me on to www.notmilk.com or org (I think) and it lead me to believe that my Arthritis may be from all the eggs the Bradley Method (for pregnancy/labor)recommends women to eat - 2 a day!

So, my question is, what the heck can I eat for breakfast???? I am at wits ends! I was eating an omelette (1 or 2 eggs) with sauteed spinach or steamed asparagus and a slice of swiss cheese, which I love!! but now I want to stay away from eggs - and of course, cheese!

I am well aware of what NOT to eat, but can't find suggestions or many (easy and realistic) recipes for what TO eat!

I would like to actually eat something rather than drink my breakfast, but whatever - everything has sugar, fructose or wheat and flour! And many things, if it's not sweet I want to add honey or Sugar to it! And I can't stand stevia - it tastes like black licorice to me which I've always despised. I have got to break this and get better. If not for myself, for my baby!!! Please help!! :(
