I am cruising along nicely on my new Candida diet after spending the past few months in and out of hospitals trying to find the cause of my weakness, adrenal exhaustion, and sick every time I ate bread or wheat products etc. I ate Sushi about 6 weeks ago and was very sick the next day but learnt the soy sauce had wheat in it. Yesterday I had Sushi again (mini cucumber rolls and salmon rolls), today I am soooo sick and have brain fog plus used my bowels about 5 times (last time was floating stools). My cousin (who is celiac) said that the vinegar in the Sushi is probably what made me sick. Can anyone enlighten me at all as I am shocked how sick I am today.
