Satisfy your cravings: Let me eat cake

How about eating some chocolate cake?

Perhaps you have made a load of really good changes in your diet already and need to give your body a break.

You may choose to deny your cravings, but why suffer?

We have inherited a deeply engrained cultural belief in growing through suffering. But you can choose not to follow that.

What I have gained from denying my cravings is a greater respect for my own body: I find that my body is happier and healthier if I follow its advice than dietary advice from other people.

For example, your body may be wanting to eat some sugar, and yes, it may feed the candida. My guess is that your body doesn't want to suffer massive die-off symptoms and make the transition more gradually. Do you?

Why are massive symptoms a good thing? Why is so important to kill off all the candida at once? Does a healthy person not have some candida? Why do you have to get rid of the candida all at once?

Do you not see the irony of making yourself sick in order to feel well?

Personally I have found some of the foods, such as brie and blue cheese, on the forbidden list are actually highly benficial to me. I have then later found alternative advice that advocates eating these things because they contain healthy bateria, as does yogurt.

I offer you an alternative opinion so you can make a choice rather than relying on what others tell you. It's up to you.
