How important would you say exercise is to the healing process? I have been pretty much inactive for the past year due to candidiasis and CFS. Won't I get even more fatigued if I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and try to exercise? Every time I try to start, I feel like I got hit by a bus for the following few days. Do I just grit my teeth and work through the pain hoping it will eventual make me stronger? What would be the best way to start?
