The candida diet is NO Sugar NO gluten NO dairy but yogurt.
Pizza has both gluten and dairy!!!! You could not feed candida better!
Acidophilus should be taken 3 times a day - with meals Ideally before the meal. Not at bedtime
Skin rash is often related to zink deficiency, try zink + vit. E supplements. Do you take vit, A : fish oil supplement - also essential, if you don't it might just be the vit. A your body craves for!
Anything more than acidophilus YES: fish oil, magnesium, vit C and B + lecithin a bit of good oil like extra virgin oil ( a teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day) or linseed oil (in supplement). These will all help. Take them all until you are over with candida.
