well, nothing you would have done but for being sick... you buy an enema kit at the drug store... it basically allows you to flush water into your colon (through the derriere). It seems like an awful lot to do, but, its really necessary to get all the toxins that the Liver Flush generates out of your body as soon as possible. some stones tend to lodge in the colon due to how dense they are... water flushes them and other toxins out. it really helps, though obviously does not sound that pleasant.
