Re: Liver Flush?
primal defense wasn't as potent as i expected, especially for the cost. i used to think it was great, but now i'm starting to question it after trying something else.
it does definitely help with regularity, and when i was taking anti-fungals if i took primal defense at night and my progress sped up considerably.
however, primal defense on its own doesn't seem to be capable at all of doing anything for candida. at least not for mine. it's good for helping maintain intestinal flora, and maybe it is ok for recolonization once you've beat the hell out of candida with anti-fungals. it's hard to say. i did take 10 a day at first then increased to 12, didn't seem to be any more effective than taking 3 or 4. i experienced no die-off whatsoever with primal defense alone, but some people do. some people take it in small amounts and are very sensitive, that just wasn't my experience. also i think some probiotics may helps certain people's bodies more than others. primal defense does claim that it takes 90 days for it to really work, however i've seen a few people claim that it still didn't work after 90 days even. whether it works or not, it's just a small part of the solution. must have proper diet, antifungals for some time at least, and lots of probiotics.
i'm posting about threelac right now on the forum, i tried it and found it to be interesting.
