Hmmmmm, I am definitely not an expert. But I was at level 10, before I have been making some changes in my diet, which have occured progressively over the last few months. I have only been 100% raw for aproximately a week and a half and each day I feel progressively better. I have been taking a bunch of iron supplements, and some very specific herbs and vitamins according to my blood type. I was eating grains and all of that stuff before that I feel made my body unable to absorb the nutrients in the food that I am eating.
I am going to go and get retested to see if my levels have went up, but I am feeling a million times better now. I know that this isn't the forum for it, but I was wondering what is your blood type? Are you having any cravings? When you say primarily raw; what are you eating that isn't raw? Anyhow, just trying to be helpful. I don't know how you are feeling, but at level 10, I was feeling like crap, and I have found that even the smallest things make the biggest difference. Anyhow, take care.
