Do you take niacin supplement (in your vitamin B complex)? Very important.
The liver will need a few flushes before it gets on top of things. When you flush the bile comes out, and this forces your liver to produce new bile and thus increases bile flow.
There are a few herb tea you can also use to help: dandelion and artichoke are great for the liver.
Beets, carrots and black radish (supplements) are all goodies for the liver.
Furthermore a daily intake of both lecithin and linseed oil is important. Without it the liver does not get rid of bad fat, due to the deficiency in fat, and therefore it will accumulate cholesterol.
My stool is still rather tannish too. There is a long road to go by.
