I am a student writing her Ph.D. When I need my head fully... I just stop the detox program and acrry on with maintenance only: probiotics. Detox and the extra amount of toxinx in your blood gives a hard time to the brain.
I've read that gingko biloba is good for memory and sinus issu and I am - back to detox - using gingko these days... as well as psyllium and fasting.
