How do you take acidophilus in the enema? Open the capsule
and dissolve it in the water? Just plain distilled water?
How many capsules?
I would like to start the enemas too but cannot find the
enema kit - just the disposable kind. I'll keep looking.
Let me know about how much acidophilus please.
