Can I take acidophilus the day before and the same day I do my liver and kidney flush?

Heal Gut Dysbiosis
Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

I am going to do my first salt Liver Flush tomorrow. Can I take acidophilus before and even the same day I flush? I don't know how bad my symptoms will become if I stop taking it for a couple days. If I do take it, will my flush work at all? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
