Subject: Various Good Cleanses
Hi All,
A while back someone loaned me a very good little book with
instructions for how to do all kinds of cleanses. The cleanses
described in the book include: colon cleanse, liver cleanse, kidney
cleanse, gall bladder cleanse, tooth cleanse, heart cleanse, etc. as
well as recipes for juices, how and why to do a fast, etc.
Back then, Janie needed to do all of them during her heavy detox
program she was on, but she was afraid to give them a try. Some of
them sound a little bit weird or scary. So I did them first and
acted as a ginea pig. Then when I didn't die or suffer any ill
effects, she did them. She did two or three of them several times
and all turned out exactly as described in the book. We tried to do
all of them exactly by the directions. Since then I have bought
several copies and given some away to family members.
One of the cleanses that we both have done a few times, is the
lemonade diet. It is a good overall cleanse. You get organic
lemons and organic maple syrup (grade B) and mix the lemon juice and
maple syrup with water and cayenne pepper to make spicy lemonade.
Thats all you have to eat for 10 days. Make it fresh each day.
I didn't think I could do it, I thought I would starve to death.
But I didn't die. Grade B maple syrup is unprocessed and has all
the vitamins and minerals you need to live on when mixed with lemon
juice so you don't have any problem with malnutrition or feel weak.
The cayenne pepper opens up the veins, sinuses, and lymph system to
help all the gunk flow out.
The reason I did it was because I had the flu twice and each time
when it was gone I was left with a chronic hacking cough that lasted
for months and nothing I could do would get rid of it. The lemonade
diet is supposed to clear the body of mucus and other toxins and
clear the sinuses and lungs and stop a chronic cough. It worked for
me, twice. The worst part for me was mental, thinking about wanting
food all the time. Every time I did this cleanse, the cough was
gone in 2 or 3 days. But the first time I did it I started eating
again on the third day because the cough was gone and I thought I
was cured. But then the cough came back the next day. When I
stayed with the program for the whole 10 days, the cough was cured
and was gone for good till the next time I got the flu.
The name of the book is "Cleansing or Surgery" and is distributed by
the Embassy of Heaven Church, for only $6.00 . They also sell a
little companion book called simple cures, that describes how to
make green tea, non toxic household cleansers, etc.

This group may appear a little bit strange. Sometimes in the book
they will say things like, "Your first time in prison is not a good
time to try your first 10 day fast if you are addicted to heroin."
LOL. But if you just disregard the comments such as that and follow
the cleanses you can get a lot of good out of this little book. (I
am not a member of this church.) Neither of us suffered any ill
effects from any of these cleanses, all worked well for us.
The gall bladder cleanse provides a non-surgical way to remove gall
stones. The kidney cleanse provides a non-surgical way to remove
kidney stones. I was amazed when I did the gall bladder cleanse
that I did actually get out some gall stones just as described in
the book.
Another good book for cleanses is "Cure for all Diseases" by Hulda
Clark. Her book also describes a parasite cleanse that we did twice.
