Re: i am curious which prayer you did

It was a prayer from my heart based on something I had previously read. It went something like:

"I cast out The Devil and any demons or spirits in the name of Jesus Christ."

I tried to channel my energy into this prayer and repeated it, or some variant of it, for a few minutes. I tried not to think any thoughts other than focus on this prayer and what Christ did for me.
