Hi stumpy. The combo I am taking is a full spectrum of plant enzymes with ox bile and some other stuff [I can't remember the name of the company on the bottle] and "multi-mune" this you can look up on the net. Plus I'm taking a Jamison brand called "power vitamins for men" it's just a good multi-vitamin supplement. ---I no longer believe that this has much effect on the candida, but for energy, it has changed my entire out-look on things.
