Hi! This is kind of a weird/gross question. I've been eating a lot of seeds (namely sesame and flax, but some others as well) as a part of my raw food "diet", and I noticed that I don't seem to be digesting them (I think). By this I mean that when I have bowel movements, I expel a lot of seeds, and ther are totally visible, not broken down at all. Is this alright? Am I absorbing anything from the seeds, and if not, is there anything I can do to increase the absorption?
