Well, there are 2 sides of this story. Some will tell you to only eat fruit in the morning so that the carbs in the fruit doesn't "stick to the hips" like other carbs do. However, from a scientific perspective (I am a pre-med student), eating fruit in the morning actually raises the blood Sugar for the rest of the day. This is somewhat dangerous and can make you prone to Type II diabetes, as well as increase your cravings and hunger for other foods later in the day. The best thing to do is eat other foods in the morning and eat fruit only after you've had lunch or dinner. Hope this helps!
