I've been tryin to post 3 different messages - apart from the blank TEST one and it keeps falling into the crack of the system and I cant retrieve them. Sorry this 4th one will be extra lame but; go to the Bowel Cleanse Forum they currently discuss mucus and mucoid plaque.
