Strings of Mucus - What is this, please??

Hi Folks,

Anyone here know what I have been seeing in my toilet bowl after I do an enema? I don't see them with regular bowel movements, but do when I do enemas (even just plain enemas). They are long strands of something that look like they might be clear/white if they weren't slightly colored by the -uhm- bowel movement, and they have brown streaks and specks in them (not real dark streaks, more like a light brown). They look very slimy. The first time it happened, I also saw a small amount of puffy stuff (which I take to be the famous cotton ball phenomenon) at the bottom of the toliet. I have been de-toxing like crazy, so am hopeful it is a healing thing. Any clues?
