ThreeLac Help!

Hi, Im new to this forum and just started ThreeLac. Im a 32 yr old male and have had yeast overgrowth for about 10+ years. I just started ThreeLac last week and am getting (Im just guessing here) some pretty odd reactions. The first day I took it (only 1/2 packet) I spent the whole day feeling very cold/tingling in my hands and got a anxiety attack that night. I slowly upped the dosage for the next week until I could tolorate a whole packet. Its a week later and now I just broke out in extremely itchy hives on left arm and palm. Is this normal die-off? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
