Don't get discouraged Sarie, keep flushing.

Today was incredible. Let me recap my 2 flushes. On Sunday I produced a dozen tan stones, rather large ones.

Monday night I had an apple for dinner, I chewed it all into pulp to get all the juice out. On Tuesday I produced hundreds of the tan stones.....I was horrified, terrified, petrified at what came out of me.

Wednesday night I was feeling bloated and a bit ill so I flushed again. I started ES at midnight and at 5am I flushed with OO/GJ. Today at work....yes I reported to work....we had a meeting and I was pretty anxious.....enough to warn my boss I might need to run out and take a dump. In the middle of a presentation I ran out....without excusing myself and produced a HUGE MASS of small crushed DARK GREEN STONES, I got so light headed I nearly passed out on the pot. But JEEZ, when I flushed it was a huge floating mass of crushed green stones, some were bigger tho, like dime size.

I was so proud, I wanted to get a cup full and save it in the freezer but it might cause problems at work, lol.
