Re: For ZOE and others..:)
Hello Nadia,
The questions you ask can be complex since everything is sort of connected.
Certainly, a priority is to have good bowel function. If you are going once a day minimum, that is okay for the purposes of detoxing or Master Cleansing but certainly, you would want to improve that before you do additional cleanses which may tax your body and set you up for reabsorbtion of toxins and waste.
That you have become habituated to laxatives is something which you need to work through, I feel, so that your bowels and the muscles which are involved in peristalsis and elimination become healthy again and your body function relative to digestion and elimination will be greatly improved.
Here is a little more info on laxative abuse although there is plenty on the net to explore further:

You will find it is important to eat *enough* food to give your muscles a workout and to stimulate them to work on their own.
During the Master Cleanse, we are not eating solid food, so use of a laxative tea is appropriate, however, it is not appropriate post-cleanse to rely on either the laxative tea or the SWF.
I do think we need to learn if your candida is in an overgrowth and if it is really an issue to be worried about since everyone has candida, but the question would be, would your candida keep you from doing a short Master Cleanse using maple syrup.
I would recommend you exploring the technique of *Muscle Testing*. There are many ways to do it, so google for more, but I am posting a way to do it on yourself, although if you have someone you live with or trust, someone can do it on you and it is an effective way to determine answers to everyday questions.

Once you determine if you can use the lemonade, I do think you can implement using the lemonade in your diet as a cayenne delivery system which would greatly benefit the health of your colon and intestines.
If you are eating, and satisfied with the function of your bowels and elimination, it would be safe to do a seven day
parasite cleanse. This way, the body will process the dead
parasites and their waste and not be a burden on your liver or kidneys or blood. One must take care not to kill off stuff faster than the body can process the waste and debris for removal.
All these different cleanses take time and so consider making a list of what you want to do and then inbetween, make room for periods of rebuilding and revolumizing your blood. This is important for everyone who is on a cleansing quest and it has been described to me as "cycling" between periods of cleansing and rebuilding.
So, give these ideas some thought, do a bit more research to know what to expect, and then keep focused on your goals and each day work towards them!
I wish you the best on your healing journey!
many blessings,
Zoe
