Help!!

Hi everyone!

Im a 17 year old female and have been diagnosed with Tietze's Syndrome. It's been going on since February 3 times a week. The attacks usually go on for about 2 hours but are beginning to go on fo about 7 hours at a time.

The attacks usually end up with horrenus chest pain, vomiting, i find myself unable to breathe, my arms and legs spasming through the lack of oxygen to them and me passing out Then for the next few days i can hardly move.

The doctors have given me painkillers that are too strong; they give me pins and needles, nightmares and a headche that's gone on from when i started taking them 3 weeks ago. I've stopped taking them now because i just seem to be knocked out all the time!

If anyone can give me any ideas on other ways of keeping it at bay i'd be so grateful.

Cheers!!!
