Pretty much for Joanne:
I just wanted to ask you about soaps to use for the body and face. I seem to be bombarded with advertisement, and SALES pitches when i try to find the Right SOAP for my body...one that cleans, as well as a lot of other thing, and best of all natural. Pretty much i'm just looking for something that I can just put on automatic buy, instead of having to always test and find something new and never feeling like i'm using the RIGHT soap for a long long time.

For Nspeth:
I am 119llbs and would like to start body building, my main concern is, how i'm going to get my protien, was just wondering if you could help me with that aspect, on what to eat and protien, and just the whole body buildin and food aspect.
