What you describe is exactly what is happening in Houston right now (2:45 PM CDT). A sense of impending doom and growing fear that they'll be stuck in traffic when the storm hits tomorrow. I'm all "la dee da, let's have a hurricane watch party" and they are running for their lives. Been there, done that, got the tee-shirt with Andrew- four kids, pregnant with a 5th, husband out of town.... Lots of fun.
