Hi LizaBeth! I hope your a lil less edgy tonight. My reference to chocolate was not so much a concern about caffiene which does stress the adrenals but Sugar which to me is a sure fire way to my insomnia! And maybe you know that already but just wanted to make sure! Diet has helped me tremendously in regards to insomnia and keeps my blood glucose levels on an even keel! But what a great place to vent a little in the midnite hours when all"normal" humans are asleep and oblivious to your struggle!
Another great help with insomnia is work, hard work or just keeping busy as a bee during the day ! Im sure exersise and other thing help but this is what works for me! good luck Liz! Grog
