Re: Is a gallon of flax seed oil worth buying?

Good quality organic flax oil is fairly unstable ans spoils easily. To maintain optimum nutrition it is better stored in glass bottles and refridgerated. Even with this its shelf life is not very long. Most comes with an expiration date of maybe a month and a half to two months.

One gallon is an awful lot and I would question its storage, etc.
