I agree with you that coal tar usually makes matters worse as it tends to burn the skin a little, most dandruff shampoos work on the same princple of burning the top layer of scalp, leaving a new and clear skin behind. Obviously this is self perpetuating and not an actual solution.

Because of the ammount of clients that I have come across with the same problem I endevoured to develop a shampoo that heals and not conceals the problem.

Based on the fact that Borage seed oil is so effective on eczema,psoriasis and dermatitus it seemed obvious that a Borage based shampoo was the answer.
