Re: Anecdotes and Amaylase Blocker.

Hi, I also heard of gaining wt after losing the pounds. I had wls also. I loss a great amount of wt. I thought I could test the waters and eat "normal" but found myself gaining cause I stop focusing on my wls rules. I soon got my self back on track. going through surgery and then failing wasn't for me. anyhow I think alot of people think cause they have reached their goal wt. that they don't need to stay focused and they think they are now normal. In my opinion we are never normal. If there is a fat gene in my body it's laying there waiting for me to mess up and go back to my old ways of eating. so I think a person who has had wls, needs to be always focused and do what we were taught when we had weight loss surgery. Proteins, water, exercise, vitamins. I also think that only those who had wls or did their homework, or had someone close to them truly know what's it's all about. Best wishes to you on your journey. take care
