I think 95% of religious people are actually atheists who won't admit it.

Riding both sides of the fence, just in case those other guys are right, is a pretty week stance in my opinion -- like a "vegetarian" who eats fish, even though fish are not plants.

You cannot divide your mind into one part that believes and one part that does not. If you don't really believe, you are an atheist. Until something happens that changes your mind and makes you believe, you are an atheist. That is the "default" position.
