always hungry

I've been trying to go to a raw food diet, but I'm always hungry, which tempts me to go eat a slice of pizza or burger so I can feel satisfied. I hate being hungry all the time, and I feel that way on this type of diet. Should I include more fatting raw foods such as advocados and nuts? I want to lose weight, so I don't want to go too far with that.

Also, what is sprouting and how do you do it with seeds, beans, and nuts?

I read somehere on a rawfood website it is bad to eat carrots, why?

Thanks.
