that's not fair. it didn't sound like an ad to me. and it doesn't sound like this person is "a weekend warrior". how can you tell from one post. that's rude.
look, this person is just saying these things help with the cravings and sleep.
you can try it or not, take the info or leave it.
how does that sum up this person's experiences?
we all have "triggers" and these things could help some people deal with those.
I understand the sleep thing. if you don't get enough sleep, you're vulnerable to a lot. and if you're still in the cravings faze, that's torture. if you have found a non-narcotic way to help and it's an alternative to what doctors would shove down you like your a lab rat, good for you.
I'll have to look it up and do some research on it.
