I used to have the BJC-2100. Now I have the S500, but the setup is pretty much the same and I can tell you what I read in my dialog boxes. In printer setup, you can click on PROPERTIES that will allow you to choose the options for printing. At the top of the window, there will be a list of menus. The first menu will let you choose GRAYSCALE and color adjustment options. The next one will offer PRINTING TYPES, choose NORMAL SIZE PRINTING. You can also look in PROFILES to see how everything is set (very often, after choosing a setting, you might forget to click APPLY and the setting will remain unchanged). Be willing to experiment with PROPERTIES because I'm only explaining what MY dialog boxes read. Tweet
