Since you haven't responded, I would guess that you are talking some type of spyware. You can run spybot or adware, which can be downloaded free. They should get rid of the 'tracking' software. If these don't solve the problem, you might also want to get rid of your cookies and what-not. That's the best I can think of without more specific details. Tweet
