I am 48 years old, have had this so called Gilbert's Disease for many decades now and the only reason I found out I have it was high bilirubin counts during blood checks as part of work related health fairs. Otherwise I probably never would have known that I have this "Disease" because frankly I have no actual symptoms. So don't worry about it. Just live and be happy.
The advice from someone to do a parasite cleanse and Liver Flush is very bad advice. Why bother if there aren't really any problems. I think Gilbert's Disease is the wrong name for this. It really does not feel like a disease to me. I am living a normal, healthy life. Maybe we should call it Gilbert's High Bilirubin or something else...
