Great post! I hope this gets an R&N from the moderators. This is exactly how my Naturopath described the acid/alkaline issue with foods. I am still dealing with a lot of the very health problems you described above. Many of them arose largely from years of living on junkfood while dealing with a highly stressful job and personal difficulties. When I got a back injury that would not heal I finally became interested in natural, alternative cures. Regaining homeostasis, the natural balance of the body, is key to good health and healing. ACV drinks have proven to be very helpful for me, along with a magnesium supplement with calcium and B vitamins.
